Offical Club Visit

The Rotary Club of Smart City successfully conducted its Official Club Visit with an impressive gathering of over 125 attendees, including Rotarians, Rotaractors, distinguished guests, and district dignitaries. The meeting commenced at 5:00 PM and was structured into several sessions, including a closed-door meeting with the Board, meetings with Avenue Directors and Service Project Chairs, the Club Assembly, and the General Assembly. The event concluded with fellowship and dinner. During the visit, District Governor Harsh shared his valuable insights and expressed outstanding appreciation for the remarkable work carried out by the Rotary Club of Smart City. He commended the club's commitment to service, impactful projects, membership engagement, and dedication to Rotary's ideals. The visit was a proud moment for the club and served as an encouragement to continue making a meaningful difference in the community through service above self.

President warmly welcomed all members and the Assistant Governor (AG) to the Club Assembly. Presentation of Flagship Projects for E waste and Happy Schools. Shared detailed plans for Titen Thrust Area Projects, aligned with Rotary’s key focus areas. Budget Presentation Treasurer presented the club’s annual budget for the Rotary year. The proposed budget was discussed and approved by the club members. Remarks by the Assistant Governor (AG) AG appreciated the club’s proactive approach, strategic planning, and commitment to meaningful service. Suggested the club consider minor revisions in the club bylaws for better alignment with updated Rotary policies. Closing Remarks President thanked the AG for valuable feedback and encouragement. We have heard about the young and dynamic Mr. Ravindra Rautella, DIG, CRPF - West zone . We met him at his office place. We invited him for becoming our clubs honorary member and he happily agreed to be one. He heard about our Clubs various Projects and happy to be part of our vibrant club. He also promised that he will actively participate in our Clubs activities. We immediately offered him Rotary pin and made him our Club member.
