Community Service MI Saksham-self help group project Me Saksham – District Thrust Area Project “Me Saksham” was a District Thrust Area project initiated through the collective efforts of the Rotary Clubs of Navi Mumbai, led by RCNM Smart City, RCNM Palm Beach, RCNM Seaside, RCNM Millennium City, and RCNM Satellite City Navi Mumbai, with support from several other clubs across the district. The three-day event provided a platform for women entrepreneurs and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) from Navi Mumbai, Thane, and various parts of Maharashtra. Around 60 stalls were set up, and the response was overwhelming, with demand for stalls exceeding the available capacity. The participants collectively generated approximately ₹2 lakh in sales, helping them earn income, build confidence, and move towards self-reliance.
