1. Introduction
In alignment with Rotary International’s mission to support economic development, the Rotary Club of Smartcity Navi Mumbai organized a specialized seminar for the women of Kunde Village. Recognizing that grassroots empowerment is the engine of India’s national growth, this initiative focused on bridging the gap between rural ambition and financial resources.
2. Objectives
Encourage Micro-Entrepreneurship: To inspire SHG members to transition from small-scale activities to sustainable business models.
Financial Guidance: To educate participants on securing business capital at subsidized or low-interest rates through government schemes and institutional credit.
Skill Orientation: To provide a roadmap for scaling local products to wider markets.
