Rotary Club of Smart City Navi Mumbai organized the 1st Netrutva Series – A Leadership Program, featuring two eminent speakers, IPS Vijay Kumar and Lt. Col. Rishi Rajilaxmi. The entire series turned out to be a wonderful and grand success. When the members learned that one of our distinguished speakers, IPS Vijay Kumar, would be attending with Z+ security, there was naturally a moment of concern. However, the manner in which the entire host team came together and managed all arrangements so smoothly, without causing any inconvenience to our members or guests, was truly commendable. Hats off to President Rtn. Nazia and her entire team. Their spirit of teamwork, dedication, and meticulous planning made it possible to handle an overwhelming gathering of 1100 participants with such grace, discipline, and efficiency. They have truly set a shining example of leadership in action.
